Easter Events 2008 in Bukit Batok - Good Friday

What is so good about good friday? in the Malay language, we called it 'Jumat Agung', or rather Majestic friday. Non-Christian will of course celebrate it, because it is public holiday for them in many countries. But as for the reasons behind, some may not know.

I heard that someone who commented, that it is really NOT so good. Christian's good friday is the day when their Lord died. That is one of the reason, we wear black on this day.

So, what is so good about good friday again? it is good, because on this day, many years ago, our Lord died for our sins, so that we may live. We who are destined to go to hell, are saved by that single act, once and forever, and that is what makes the good friday really a good friday.
