Disaster Update: Myanmar
Junta govt has given a new official release that the deathtoll is over 70thousands, Red cross estimation remains at over 130 thousands. Another 50thousand or so are still reported missing
The situation is not getting much better, as the place is hit by another tropical storm.
Thank God that WorldVision International is allowed to work in the place, and right now, they are preparing to deliver a kind of drinking water powder solution to the disaster hit area. The powder in packets will be able to neutralize the polluted water and kill the bacteria, and make the water drinkable. WorldVision is committed that they will be able to deliver the aid to the location themselves (that is without the govt)
