3 weeks to semester break
Meaning.. 2 more weeks before semester exam...
It has been more than 1 month since I last posted.
The reason is, I am truly being overwhelmed by the workload in SBC.
I have to admit, that to adapt to study, research and writing papers is not an easy task.
But I thank God, that finally its coming to an end soon, at least the phase one...
Out of the 6 core subjects that I am taking, I am still doing quite ok at the moment. I am doing pretty well for Greek, but otherwise, I am spending less and less time to study for other subjects. In fact, the time that I spend for other subject is when doing assignments and papers. This makes us think, are we studying in SBC to learn, or to do assignments?
Of course, one may argue, that in the midst of doing assignment, we are learning. True, but many fails to see it this way. Since a lot of the reading assignments are falling behind. Then another person may say, we fail to find spirituality in the midst of studying the spiritual subjects, but again, people may argue that in the midst of studying and doing assignments, that in itself is a spiritual exercise!
I guess, for my own dilemma, what I need is more reorganization in the way I study and doing assignments. I need to find the joy in doing so... or else... everything will be meaningless, not unlike what is stated in the Book of Ecclesiastes.
3 more weeks to go, 4 more hand in assigments, 3 exam papers, and I can enjoy 1 month or so semester break... ganbatte ne..!!
